Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
- We offer free standard shipping for orders over 75 GBP (or equivalent in your local currency)
- Expedited shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.
UK Standard Delivery - £5.99
UK orders are sent 1st class, and generally arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
UK Express Delivery by 3pm for Next Day- £8.99
Express orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. Your order will arrive within 1 working day from the shipping date.
International Tracked Orders - £ 14.99
International tracking is available for the following 35 destinations. They are:
European Union Zones: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain and Sweden
Non European Union Zones: Andorra, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco and Switzerland
Rest of the World: Australia , Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
- You can track the progress of your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking number on our website or the shipping carrier's website.
International Shipping
- We proudly offer international shipping to various countries.
- Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, depending on your destination country's regulations.
- International shipping timeframes may vary, and we advise allowing ample time for delivery.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your piece GERBERO will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost GERBERO has already paid, or refund less shipping costs, within the first 14 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email our customer care team to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received. GERBERO will not accept any pieces when:
- A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
- If the piece is earrings, due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings
- If the piece is custom made
- If the piece is a solid ring
- If the item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above
- Strictly no refunds on Afterpay, however we are able to offer a gift card. Please note: This is due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website.
- Strictly no cancelation of orders that are pre-order
- No refunds on sale products
GERBERO offers an 2 years manufacturing warranty on all items which covers only faulty clasps & faulty links in chain. In the rare case that breakage occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the first 8 months of purchase GERBERO will happily repair the item or offer a gift card to the full amount paid and return it free of charge. The customer will also receive a 3 month extended warranty on the repaired item. If damage has occurred due personal wear & tear, discolouration due to metal-skin reaction, mishandling or not caring for your piece as per our Care Guide it will not be covered under warranty.
